An informal label for an iteration of retrieval-augmented generation that claims improved retrieval, indexing, agent behavior, or evaluation.
Example
Replace the label with the concrete change: hybrid retrieval, graph indexing, query rewriting, or an evaluation method.
The distinction that matters
Marketing shorthand rather than a versioned standard; state which retrieval or evaluation change is meant.
